CELLULASE ENZYME

Serial: 1002CELLULASE ENZYME

Cellulase is one of the most important types of enzymes, catalyzing cellulolysis, the decomposition of cellulose and of some related polysaccharides. Cellulase can be used in many fields, such as commercial food processing. They are also widely used in non-food industries including textile and household cleaning. There is a long history of cellulase used in the pulp and paper industry for various purposes. More and more commonly, cellulase is used for biofuel production.

we use technology to develop eco-friendly products for delivery of viable Biofuel from various feedstocks.

CELLULASE FOR TEXTILE INDUSTRIES

Ultreze Enzymes is a leading Textile Enzymes Manufacturer and provide Enzymes for Textile Industry. Textile is an enormous manufacturing industry. Biotechnology of textile enzymes offers eco-friendly solutions to the textile industry in their processes and applications.

Texozyme-AC and Texozyme-NC is highly concentrate Acid cellulase and Neutral cellulase enzymes respectively. It is exclusively for bio finishing industry and is used to produce a variety of abrasive effect similar to the Biopolishing process and finish to Textile garment. Which can selectively hydrolyze the micro-fiber terminal of amorphous region, without damaging to the fiber backbone, Treatment with Acid cellulase and neutral cellulase can maintain the strength of the fabrics, with thick hand-free and excellent resistance to pilling and fluffing, render the fabrics high quality surface. The wide pH range of the enzyme products allows wide applications and easy combination with other treatment processes.

Enzymes Working pH  Working Temperature Color
    Texozyme-AC 3.5 To 6.5 25°c to 65°c Dark Brown
    Texozyme-NC 5.0 To 7.5 25°c to 65°c Dark Brown

CELLULASE FOR PAPER AND PULP INDUSTRIES

Cellulase have a wide variety of applications in the paper and pulp industries, Cellulases are used for a wide variety of uses, such as in biomechanical pulping, deinking, and drainage management, manufacturing biodegradable papers towels, sanitary papers. Cellulase mediated processes are more economical, energy-saving, cost-effective and low chlorine consuming. They are used as co-additive in pulp bleaching and for biomechanical pulping. A combination of cellulase and Hemicellulase is used for deinking of waste papers to improve the quality and give better results of recycled papers. Cellulases alone, or utilized in mix with xylanases, are advantageous for deinking of various kinds of paper wastes. Most applications proposed so far use cellulases and hemicellulases for the release of ink from the fiber surface by fractional hydrolysis of starch particles. It has been hypothesized that enhancements in dewatering and drinking of different pulps bring about the stripping of the individual fibrils and groups, which have a high proclivity for the encompassing water and ink particles.

CELLULASE FOR CONVERSION OF LIGNOCELLULOSIC BIOMASS INTO ETHANOL

Conversion of lignocellulosic biomass into ethanol by using acid and alkaline cellulase Enzymes. Mediated processes are specific, low energy consuming and eco-friendly and hence, Cellulases mediated hydrolysis due to its enzymatic nature is preferred over acid/alkali methods. The conversion of biomass to fuel involves hydrolysis of constituents of raw material to fermentable sugars, followed by sugar fermentation to ethanol using appropriate microbes. The first step requires degradation of the lignocellulosic polymer, delignification to release cellulose and hemicellulose contains, followed by hydrolysis of carbohydrate polysaccharide to produce free sugars. According to an evaluation, there is about 39.9% cost reduction if cellulases are used for bioprocessing and pretreatment.

CELLULASE FOR JUICE INDUSTRIES

cellulases are applied in combination with other macerating enzymes for increasing process performance and yield, improving the extraction methods, clarification and stabilization of juices. They can also reduce the viscosity of nectar and puree from fruits such as apricot, mango, plum, papaya, pear and peach, and are used for the extraction of flavonoids from flowers and seeds. The preferences of cellulase-mediated extraction over conventional methods are due to higher yield, less heat damage and short processing time. Cellulases are utilized for the extraction of phenolic compounds from grape pomace. β-Glucosidases in combination with pectinase alter the structure, flavor and aroma of fruits and vegetables. They are also reported to reduce bitterness of citrus fruit and improve aroma and taste.
